Hernán González has been producing electronic music since 1995 in Montevideo Uruguay. Cooptrol, his main project, emerges in 2000 and under this moniker Hernán has played in several festivals and electronic music events in Montevideo, Buenos Aires and Bogota.
The music of Cooptrol is based on the improvisation using basic electronic sounds. His music is hardly rhythmic and climatic, and seeks most of all to explore the confines of chance, chaos and the implicit math in the music.
